Rick and Lorraine Gannon
We have been investing in property for over 2 decades, so we certainly have a few stories to tell! We’ve seen both good times and bad times but we’ve survived to tell the tale.
We have a varied portfolio of single lets, commercial lets, pubs, holiday lets and a large collection of HMO’s (Houses of Multiple Occupation) worth over £9M over more than 50+ units.
We have had over 4500 students through our courses, working towards our mission of bridging the 100k shortfall in UK housing every year.
George
Office Manager

Damian Qualter
I haven’t always worked in marketing. I worked in the textile industry for many years, and later in the property industry.
I am an expert in digital marketing, geeking out on Infusionsoft which I've been using since 2008. I am responsible for building and analysing many of New Era's internal processes and marketing systems.

Sonja Leason
Sonja has been in sales and marketing since the days of print advertising almost 20 years ago. She looks after the sales and marketing strategy for New Era. She works closely with Damian to provide high value content to the New Era audience, supporting the strategy coaches and overseeing business growth.
