We have a varied personal portfolio of single lets, commercial lets, pubs, holiday lets and a large collection of HMO’s (Houses of Multiple Occupation), our portfolio as it currently stands is worth over £7M in value and holds more than 50 units.

When we started out others helped us to invest and shared their knowledge. Therefore, it is important to us to share and give back to others. There is nothing more rewarding than a mentee achieving their dreams because of your help.

We share all of our highs and lows of property investing. We don’t believe in passive income (nothing rarely is) but property can replace your income and give you back the majority of your time!
